We're on the lookout for new team members

Swimming Instructor
“The impact an instructor can make on a young person’s life by teaching them how to be safe in and around water, is incomparable.”

We are seeking Learn to Swim Instructors and Infant Instructors to join the team - both qualified and those keen to learn and eager to undertake the necessary training to become qualified.

The Swim Factory team:

Will guide you through the qualification process in a safe and encouraging environment
Provide hands on experience with in-water and out-water training
Provide expert inhouse assessors for final sign off
Have an amazing, passionate and dedicated team that are willing to share their knowledge and experience.
It is mandatory for Swim Instructors to be qualified as a minimum, with the following:
- Learn to Swim Teaching Accreditation– LTS Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (Austswim), or Swim Australia Teacher (ASCTA)
- Valid Working with Children Blue Card
- Valid CPR

- You love working with people – especially children
- You are flexible
- You are so keen to learn something new
- Reliability IS your second name
- You are passionate about teaching water safety and Learn to Swim
- Afternoon and weekend availability is highly regarded.
