Promotional Terms and contitions

ELIGIBILITY: The ‘Refer a Friend’ promotion is open to all currently enrolled families at The Swim Factory Australia at any location. Entry into The Swim Factory Australia ‘Refer a friend’ promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions: 

1. A successful referral is considered to be any referral by you that directly results in the new family booking a free trial lesson (if eligible) and completing their enrolment to commence regular, ongoing lessons. 
2. The referred person must confirm the details of the referral family at the time of completing their enrolment.
3. Each successful referral will result in the referrer receiving one (1) entry into the draw for each student of the referred family who completes their enrolment into ongoing lessons.
4. The draw prize is one (1) year of swimming lessons (equivalent to forty eight lessons), valued at up to $1,294.80 and is provided as a promotional credit to the winner’s account at The Swim Factory Australia. 
5. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
6. The draw will take place on Thursday 19th December, 2024 with the winner being drawn at random.
7. To be eligible to win, the referrer must be a current family with an active enrolment at The Swim Factory Australia at the time of referral and draw.
8. The winner of each draw will be contacted directly by The Swim Factory Australia to inform them of their prize.
9. The referrer will not be eligible for an entry into the prize draw if the referred person(s) is a current and/or past family of The Swim Factory Australia and have had any enrolment in swimming lessons at The Swim Factory Australia within the previous six (6) months at any location. 
10. On successful referral and completion of new enrolment, The Swim Factory Australia will automatically enter the referrer into the draw for that period.
11. The number of entries into the draw per eligible referral will be determined by the number of student enrolments the referred family makes.
12. A referrer is not limited to the number of different family referrals they can make. 
13. The Swim Factory Australia staff members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
